Attending a 1 on 1 Death & Rebirth workshop with Kristy Greenardi was such a powerful and transformative experience. Kristy held space in the most grounded, nurturing way — guiding me through deep reflection, release, and renewal.

The session invited me to let go of old patterns and beliefs that no longer serve me, while reconnecting with my own sense of purpose and strength. It felt like shedding an old skin — uncomfortable at times, but incredibly freeing.

Kristy’s presence, wisdom, and intuitive guidance created a safe container for everyone to explore their own journey of “death and rebirth.” I left feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply grateful for the experience.
