Attending a 1 on 1 Death & Rebirth workshop with Kristy Greenardi was such a powerful and transformative experience. Kristy held space in the most grounded, nurturing way — guiding me through deep reflection, release, and renewal.

The mediation by Kristy at the beginning set the mood which led us into an inspirational painting session guided by Jaye. Afternoon tea was very decadent and chocolatey. Can highly recommend Paint and Potions if you are looking for something original to do.

It was a good experience because I really enjoyed getting deep into my feelings then painting something my imagination lead me to. The hot chocolate and the decadent cookies were divine. My personalised take away potion, reminds me of the amazing experience. I really do recommend this session for people who love art and being their true self.
